Logically Illogical

Went people sketching in downtown Burbank today.  

I learned today that while sketching people in public you should focus on capturing the story of the pose and the feel from it.  The design of the character can be done later in our own time.  If you concentrate too much on the design while outdoor sketching, you quickly lose the story and the feeling.
